Terms and Conditions of 56win – Clear Rules for You

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 56win ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, creating an account, or using any service available at 56win.express, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept them entirely.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of 56win after any updates to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. 56win will notify users of relevant changes by email and/or through a notification in the account dashboard.

To register at 56win and use its services, the User must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF actively registered with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program on the platform or equivalent systems;
• Must not have had a previous account closed for violating 56win's terms.

Each User may have only one registered account at 56win. Creating additional accounts to circumvent limits, repeatedly claim bonuses, or for any purpose other than legitimate platform use is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, or payment details are detected, 56win may close the accounts involved and withhold the balances for investigation.

During the identity verification process (KYC), 56win may request documents such as a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address, and a selfie to confirm the User's identity. Withdrawals are only released after full account verification is complete.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials (email and password). 56win recommends using a strong password unique to the platform and enabling two-factor authentication, available in the account dashboard.

Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 56win support immediately. The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from the User's voluntary or negligent sharing of account credentials.

Sharing account access with anyone else — including family members — is not allowed. Each account is for personal use only and is non-transferable. 56win may temporarily suspend an account if it detects logins from multiple devices or incompatible locations within a short period, as a security measure.

56win accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Pix — deposits processed in up to 30 seconds; withdrawals in minutes for verified accounts;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processed within 1 business day after clearance;
• Credit and debit card — subject to operator approval;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — subject to method availability on the platform;
• TED Transfer — through major banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary depending on the method used and the account profile. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Pix accounts and keys registered in the name of the 56win account holder. Withdrawals to third parties or accounts under a different name are not permitted.

56win does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the User's financial institutions are the User's sole responsibility. Withdrawals of funds originating from bonuses are subject to full compliance with the rollover requirement established in the corresponding promotion.

If money laundering is suspected or unusual transactions are identified, 56win may request additional documentation, temporarily suspend withdrawals, or refer the matter to the relevant authorities, as required by Brazilian law.

All bets placed on 56win are governed by the following general rules:

• A bet confirmed by the system is final and cannot be changed or canceled by the User after confirmation, except in cases where cash out is available;
• The outcome of each market is determined based on official data provided by the federations, leagues, and sports governing bodies responsible for each competition;
• If a bet on a simple result ends in a draw (where applicable), the staked amount is refunded in full;
• Bets on canceled events, events postponed by more than 24 hours, or events ended before regulation time for reasons beyond the platform's control are voided and the staked amount is refunded;
• In accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, an odd of 1.00 (neutral) is applied to that selection and the rest of the bet slip remains valid;
• 56win may limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or User, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected.

Odds errors or markets published incorrectly due to a technical fault are not binding on 56win. In such cases, the affected bets will be canceled with a full refund and the User will be notified.

56win offers promotions and bonuses subject to the specific terms described in each offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are valid only for Users who meet the eligibility criteria of each promotion;
• Each User may claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus using different accounts linked to the same CPF will result in all associated accounts being closed;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. While a bonus balance is active on the account, the User may not withdraw the bonus amount or any winnings generated from it;
• Bets with odds below the minimum required by the promotion, cancelled bets, and bets where cash out was used do not contribute to meet the rollover requirement;
• Bonuses expire on the date stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the account;
• 56win reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold winnings resulting from abusive behavior, such as betting on events with manipulated odds, using multiple accounts, or exploiting promotions in any way.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 56win:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or account holder;
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games;
• Match-fixing, arbitration agreements, or betting on events whose outcome is known in advance;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to another person;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of payment details that do not belong to the registered User;
• Any form of promotion abuse, including hedge betting across different accounts to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk.

Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention for investigation, and potential permanent closure, without prior notice. In cases involving criminal offenses, 56win will report to the relevant authorities as required by law.

56win handles Users' personal data responsibly and in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for:

• Internet or device connection failures on the User's end during live betting;
• Unauthorized account access caused by the User's negligence in managing their credentials;
• Odds changes that occur between the time of selection and bet confirmation during high-demand periods.

Under no circumstances shall 56win's total liability to an individual User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the preceding 12 months.

Users may request account closure at any time through 56win support. Upon closure, the available balance (minus any unconverted bonuses) will be returned via Pix to the registered key in the account holder's name, following a final identity verification.

56win may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, manipulation, or money laundering;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Permanent self-exclusion requested by the User;
• Requirement by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance derived from bonuses or bets that breached the rules may be withheld. Balances from legitimate deposits will be returned after review, provided there are no outstanding legal issues.
